PUPPY FOOD

We’ll send you home with a sample of the food the pups are currently eating, Purina Pro Plan. You can slowly transition to a different type/brand by mixing in a small amount of the new food each day.

BOWLS

We love a simple stainless steel bowl, one that is hard to tip over. Don’t forget to buy two!

COLLAR & LEASH

We’ll send your pup home with the “color” collar and leash he’s been using the past few weeks. You’ll want to get another collar or harness as he grows, I would buy size XS or S. We like this next step leash once he outgrows the puppy leash.

SHAMPOO

Keep your mini Goldendoodle fresh and clean, and smelling great with this puppy shampoo.

CRATE

A 36in metal crate with divider is ideal for crate training and to give your dog a space to call his own. We recommend beginning crate training on the first night home.

BED

A cozy dog bed should help your new dog feel conformable in his new home. They will probably chew on their bed, so don’t invest too much in the first one

TOYS & TREATS

Provide your new dog with mental and physical exercise with different types of dog toys. We like tennis balls, rope toys, kongs, and stuffing free toys. Keep plenty of dog treats on hand for rewarding good behavior and for bonding with your new dog.

BRUSH

Goldendoodles need regular grooming and brushing to maintain a healthy coat. We recommend a weekly brushing at home, in addition to quarterly grooming. We like this type of brush as it grooms the entire coat.
